Al is our sales manager for the Bay Area. Like many sought-after grapes, he began his life in Sonoma, California. Al grew up among vignerons, and he knew from a very young age that he wanted to be part of the wine industry.
Many people have an epiphany wine which changes their lives, and for Al, it was 2002 Domaine Leroy Vosne Romanee Les Beaux Monts. The body, the acidity, the intensity and sandalwood characteristics of this Burgundy drove Al’s love and passion for the industry.
Al enjoys life out of the bottle as well; his activities include golf, hiking, and paddle boarding. He currently resides in the Napa Valley with Tracy and his little dog Bodega, appropriately named after one of his favorite spots to relax and enjoy a cool breeze.
