As we step into 2026, many of us are thinking about fresh starts; moving more, eating better, and finding balance that actually lasts beyond January. At Six Sigma Ranch & Winery, we believe the best resolutions aren’t about deprivation. They’re about building a lifestyle that feels good, sustainable, and joyful.
That philosophy is at the heart of our Blue Zones® approval. Around the world, Blue Zones are regions where people live longer, healthier lives—and interestingly, many of these cultures are also historic wine regions. The common thread isn’t excess, but moderation, connection, movement, and high-quality food shared with others. Sound familiar?
Here at Six Sigma, movement is built into the landscape. With over 16 miles of hiking and biking trails winding through our 4,300-acre ranch, it’s easy to turn a health goal into a daily ritual you actually look forward to. Our trails are open daily from 9am–4pm, free for members and just $10/day for non-members. Looking for more consistency and perks? Our Adventure Club includes trail access along with all the benefits of membership—making it easier to stay active all year long.
Nutrition matters too, which is why we’re proud of our ranch-raised Black Angus beef. Raised with care and without the heavy processing common in retail meats, our beef is a wholesome alternative—rich in protein, iron, and essential nutrients that support muscle health and sustained energy. It’s real food, meant to be enjoyed thoughtfully and shared around the table.
And yes—wine still has a place in a healthy lifestyle. When enjoyed in moderation, wine has long been associated with social connection and relaxation, both key components of overall well-being. Studies often point to wine’s natural antioxidants, like polyphenols, which are linked to heart health when paired with a balanced diet and active lifestyle. Just as important, wine invites us to slow down, savor, and connect—habits that are often missing from modern life.
So, if your New Year’s resolution is to feel better, move more, and live well—without cutting out the things you love—we invite you to do it the Six Sigma way. No Dry January required. Just fresh air, honest food, good wine, and a community that believes health should feel this good.
